La nueva normativa sobre Registro único de arrendamientos y creación de la Ventanilla Única Digital de Arrendamientos supone un gran cambio.
Se exige que todos los servicios de alquileres de alojamientos de corta duración cuenten con un código de Registro.
Para acceder a dicho código hay que presentar una solicitud detallando la dirección del piso, el tipo de unidad, si se ofrece una parte o la totalidad, número de personas que se pueden alojar, el título habilitante y otra serie de requisitos.
Este código de registro es obligatorio y si no dispone de él no podrá anunciar su habitación o piso por Airbnb u otras plataformas.
Si lo ha solicitado y se lo han denegado dispone de 7 días hábiles para su subsanación.

The new regulations on the Single Rental Registry and the creation of the Digital One-Stop Shop for Rentals represent a major change.
All short-term rental services are required to have a Registration Code.
To access this code, you must submit an application detailing the address of the apartment, the type of unit, whether you are offering part or all of it, the number of people who can stay, the enabling title, and a series of other requirements.
This registration code is mandatory, and if you don’t have it, you won’t be able to list your room or apartment on Airbnb or other platforms.
If you have requested it and have been denied, you have 7 business days to correct it.
